FHIR App for Patients

When a user lands on this screen, the FHIR App displays the menu based on the user role. As an Administrator, you can manage master entities for running the app through Administrator section. Patient label will allow you to make the patient data. Administrator can also add new patient, update patient data and delete patient.

In this screen, the Administrator can add a new patient by selecting the ‘+’ symbol in the “List Patients” screen. Administrator can save the patient details by clicking on the check icon.

In this screen, the Administrator can extract the selected patient details from the patient list screen and can edit the details.

In this “List Patient” screen, Administrator can see all the patients and search for the patients data. The administrator can extract the patient data from Azure data source. They can also edit the patient details by clicking on the “Edit” icon. To add patient details, administrator can click on the ‘+’ icon. Administrator can delete the patient from the list by clicking on the delete icon.
